Moving Services Policy

  • Our moving estimates are based on the information you provided and our experience and expertise. This is only an estimate, actual time may vary. The actual time can vary due to lack of preparation, poor access at job site, or additional items to be moved not originally accounted for in the bid.
  • Job cost is directly correlated to access and quantity of possessions to be moved. We do our best to accurately estimate the cost of your move but due to variables out of our control, Seattle Movers does not guarantee completion time. Due to scheduling constraints Seattle Movers reserves the right to send more or less personnel depending on availability and need, this should not affect the total monetary amount to be paid but only the amount of time to complete the job. Payment is due upon completion of move.
  • If for any reason you have to reschedule your move date or time please call the office at your earliest possible convenience, so we can sell that time slot to another customer. If you have any questions regarding your move, please do not hesitate to call. We will call the day before to reconfirm your move with you.
  • Important!!! To make reservation we ask security deposit:$50!(will call you) or you can do Venmo, Zelle, PayPal 3 hours minimum apply!
  • Fuel surcharge 10% from total amount.
