Our moving estimates are based on the information you provide and our extensive experience in the moving industry. Please be aware that this is a preliminary estimate. The actual time required for your move may differ from the estimate due to factors such as inadequate preparation, access issues at the job site, or additional items to be moved that were not originally included in the bid.

  • The cost of moving services is directly related to the quality of access at both pickup and delivery locations and the quantity of possessions to be moved. We make every effort to provide accurate moving quotes, but due to variables beyond our control, Airus Movers LLC cannot guarantee the exact time of completion. Factors such as unforeseen access issues or additional service needs may impact the final cost and timing.
  • Due to scheduling constraints, Airus Movers LLC reserves the right to adjust the number of movers based on availability and specific needs. This adjustment may influence the time required to complete the move but will not affect the total cost of the moving services. The number of moving personnel may be increased or decreased to better accommodate your move requirements. We aim to deliver high-quality moving services and meet deadlines, but potential changes in our team should not alter the final price of your move.
  • Payment for moving services is required upon completion of the job. If you need to reschedule your moving date or time, please contact our office as soon as possible at (206) 717-7177 to allow us to reallocate the time slot to another customer. This will help us manage our schedule effectively and keep time slots available for other clients.
  • For any inquiries about your move or additional information, please feel free to contact us. We are here to assist and answer any questions you may have. The day before your move, we will call you to confirm all details and ensure everything is in order for a smooth moving process. Our office is located at 2440 W Commodore Way, Seattle, WA 98199.

Important! To secure our moving services, a deposit of $50 is required. We will contact you to arrange the deposit, which can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Please note that a minimum service duration of 3 hours applies. Additionally, a fuel surcharge of 10% of the total amount will be added to the moving cost.

Additional Important Information:

  1. Pre-Move Preparation: Ensure all items are securely packed and clearly labeled. Disassemble large furniture items before the movers arrive if possible. Proper preparation helps us work more efficiently and reduces the risk of damage.

  2. Access Requirements: Ensure clear and unobstructed access at both pickup and delivery locations. Inform us in advance of any potential access challenges, such as narrow doorways, steep driveways, or limited parking.

  3. Valuables and Fragile Items: Keep valuable items, such as jewelry and important documents, with you rather than packing them with the moving items. Notify us of any fragile items so we can handle them with extra care.

  4. Insurance Coverage: While we take great care with your belongings, we recommend considering additional insurance coverage for high-value items. Ask us about available insurance options if interested.

  5. Service Hours: Our standard moving service hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. For services outside these hours, please notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply for extended hours.

  6. Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, please inform us at least 3 days in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may incur charges as per our moving services policy.

  7. Customer Satisfaction: We prioritize your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or feedback, please let us know immediately so we can address them promptly.
